Kennesaw State University
Grant’s college career began in the early 2000s at KSU, where he worked on a two-man R&D team for the university. He developed middleware and identity management systems that are still used by his alma mater to this day (KSU’s NetID) – talk about leaving your mark! After engineering an innovative client solution for data collection across thousands of PCs on campus, its production launch was anything but smooth sailing…to put it lightly, let’s just say Grant experienced some major (but totally expected) growing pains with that one. It promptly failed amid full scale production loads. Win some, lose some.
