As we expand our operations, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to streamline our internal processes and enhance our operational efficiency.

Role Overview:

This position is a blend of IT Operations and Marketing Tech. It’s an entry-level position for someone that has tech skills and is interested in Marketing and Growth Hacking. We’ll teach you what you need to know!

You’ll be successful in this role if you just get technology, and tend to figure out tech issues and problems naturally.

The Operations Coordinator will act as a central figure in supporting and enhancing the operational capabilities of EVANCED.NET. This role demands a highly motivated individual who is adept at working independently, embraces technology, and thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a knack for understanding and deploying digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring seamless operations across our projects.


$15-$25/hr.  401k Match and medical benefits aren’t available today, but could be in the future.  

Work Environment:

This position is a mixture of remote and in-office work in Woodstock, GA.


Generally 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.  Estimated 30-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the use of Office 365, Google Workspace, and other operational tools.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics using Google Analytics.
  • Implement and manage tags and tracking pixels using Google Tag Manager.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using Zapier.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of Google, Microsoft, and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to understand operational needs and implement efficient solutions.
  • Developing automations and processes in Trello
  • Facilitate training sessions and support team members in adopting new tools and technologies.
  • Continuously explore and recommend new technologies or systems to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to be a self-starter.
  • Strong capability in learning and mastering new technologies and systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in an operations role within a digital marketing or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and automations.
  • Excellent proficiency in Office 365, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Facebook Ads.
