About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy marketing professional to support EVANCED with marketing automation, funnel execution, and digital campaigns. The role blends marketing strategy with technical implementation—perfect for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and making marketing run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & CRM
- Build and manage Go HighLevel workflows and automations
- Integrate systems using Zapier or similar tools
- Manage CRM pipelines, tags, triggers, and reporting
- Marketing Operations
- Assist with funnel builds (landing pages, lead magnets, nurture sequences)
- Set up and monitor email campaigns
- Support digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
Analytics & Tracking
- Configure Google Tag Manager, GA4, and tracking pixels
- Build dashboards/reports for campaign performance
Web & Tech Support
- Assist with website updates (WordPress/Elementor or similar CMS)
- Troubleshoot integrations and plugins
- Support SEO basics (on-page edits, site audits, SEMRush tasks)
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute campaigns
- Document processes and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Go HighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM/automation platforms
- Familiarity with Zapier or API-based integrations
- Strong technical skills (comfortable troubleshooting across multiple platforms)
- Basic web development knowledge (WordPress, HTML/CSS a plus)
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, email marketing)
Nice to Have
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Video editing basics
- Experience with StoryBrand-style marketing
